☆We use specially selected sirloin from the famous high-quality Japanese black beef "Ishigaki Beef" with a meat quality grade of 4 or higher!
There are 4 types of dipping sauce: homemade sesame sauce, dashi ponzu sauce, salt (Niigata Prefecture's Hana no Shio), and shikuwasa pepper.
6. Rice porridge or homemade Okinawa soba noodles

<About the soup stock>
"Original soup stock"
An original soup stock made from a blend of five types of stock: bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, dried round urume flakes, and flying fish stock.The sweetness of the high-quality fat of the Agu pork and the sweetness of the vegetables grown in Okinawa change the flavor of the broth, and the rice porridge and Okinawa soba noodles served at the end of the meal are also excellent.Enjoy with ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, salt, and shikuwasa pepper.It is also recommended to put the soup stock into a bowl and enjoy it with the broth.
